This statement might be true in some respect, but the heat-up is slow to keep all vapors warm at the same temperature throughout. The Crafty + vaporizer, and big brother Mighty+, use a HYBRID-style heating element to create two of the best-tasting vaporizers on the market. Once your vapor quality begins to decline or you begin to taste burning, you can power off the vape by again holding the power button down. If I had to pick one vaporizer out of all I’ve tested, the Crafty Plus (or Mighty+) would be my choice.

If you’re on a budget but want the best, or are brand new to vaporizing with no experience whatsoever, get the original Mighty. If you already have the Storz and Bickel app from a previous device, you can still use it with the new Crafty Plus. With the Crafty + I was expecting at least 70-80 minutes but I not been able to get past 3 sessions with a fully charge battery. They used to include a herb grinder, loading tool, and cleaning brush which were really nice touches and served their purpose!It heats up faster, has longer runtime, and comes with precise temperature controls right on the unit.

Compatibility: The Crafty+ is primarily a dry herb vaporizer but is compatible with solid wax concentrates. Still, aside from some super stealth units like the Zeus Arc GTS Hub, the Crafty+ is what we feel to be the perfect balance between size, stealth, and raw power.With that said, one of the best accessories I have purchased for this vaporizer is an external charger. Loading the chamber with a good pile of a medium-fine ground herb or one of the Dosing Capsules Set (40 Pack)is a breeze and then you’ll just want to wait for it to heat up before taking a draw. As a rule of thumb, a hybrid-heated dry herb vaporizer creates more of an even cannabis roast and overall better THC extraction than devices that only use a conduction heating element. If you want to tweak these three temperature settings, you’ll need to connect the Bluetooth app, but we found the on-board temperatures to be perfect for almost all of our vaping. The wide-open draw of the Crafty+ also doesn’t have you feeling like you’re sucking on a frozen milkshake-like with the original Arizer Solo.
